Normally if your package gets missing it’s 100% our loss and you get a refund. But, If it says “delivered” and you provided the wrong details we consider it as delivered. Statistically speaking a lost package is an extremely rare occurrence. Out of 1000 packages, only 5 to 8 got lost due to wrong details.
